How yoga can help in reducing stress in the office?

Do you drag yourself to work and have trouble getting started?

Have you become irritable or impatient with co-workers, customers or clients?

Do you lack the energy to be consistently productive?

Do you find it hard to concentrate?

Do you lack satisfaction from your achievements?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you might be experiencing job burnout.

We all face work-related stress. And, we all have an inner sanctuary. You may not be able to close a door, roll out a mat, and curl up in Balasana (Child’s Pose), but there are ways to experience yoga—discreetly—at your workplace.

Yoga at the workplace is extremely beneficial, as it can improve your energy levels, and relieve pain in your shoulders and lower back.

Office yoga can also reduce stress, improves focus and improves energy.

Employees don’t need to be yoga experts to take advantage of the exercise. They don’t even need much room, with many stretches easily done at the desk.

As long as there’s a bit of time for some yoga, things can improve greatly throughout the office.
